Shipping your package Packages are generally shipped on Monday or Tuesday following receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo, delivered to your address without signature. Packages can also be sent via Chronopost to a "pick-up" relay point and delivered against signature; Please note that at certain times of the year, packages containing live insects are shipped only by Chronopost. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Packing for your insects The insects are sent according to the rules of the art adapted to each species, to optimize their comfort. The packaging is reinforced to avoid any risk, and depending on the season, protected from cold or heat. However, we reserve the right to postpone the shipment if the weather conditions are not favorable for transport in good conditions (heat wave, extreme cold, risk of postal delays depending on the context).
